Leadership Skills & PDR eLearning modules
QinetiQ approached us with the need for two new modules to communicate their message for leadership skills and performance and development reviews in a more engaging eLearning format for QinetiQ’s management and employees.
Great to work with a team of people who listened but at the same time kept us on track, the outcome - a really innovative highly polished product. Our learners love it!

the client:

QinetiQ is a British multinational defence technology company headquartered in Farnborough, Hampshire and is the world's 52nd-largest defence contractor measured by 2011 defence revenues, and the sixth-largest based in the UK.

the brief:

Following the successful launch of the Cyber Security module, QinetiQ approached us with the need for two new modules to communicate their message for leadership skills and performance and development reviews in a more engaging eLearning format for QinetiQ’s management and employees. The two modules also needed to feature a number of interactive PDF downloads that would make key points more easily accessible in take away guides. The new modules form part of the ‘suite’ of compliance modules currently being created

the solution:

The modules were built in Articulate Storyline and are SCORM trackable to completion level. They also needed to integrate into QinetiQs exisitng LMS. We utilised the artwork style that was key in developing the Cyber Security module to continue the aesthetic across multiple projects. QinetiQ’s content was broken down into separate interactive menus from which users can choose their own path through each module. This divided up the bulk of content and made each section digestible. We implemented varying interactions to keep users engaged and focused on the content. Interactive PDF’s were included as downloadable content to support the information in the module, where users could enter their own thoughts and experiences for their reference.
