Tone of Voice Module
NOW TV asked us to create a new eLearning module to cover their ‘Tone of voice' subject matter. This module had to cover a wide variety of user groups, from internal NOW TV staff to external outsourced companys.
They spend a great deal of time understanding the individual needs of the business, the brand; and what’s important about the work needed; a deliver a solution in an unbelievably short time that looks great; is well supported and JUST WORKS.

the client:

NOW TV was launched in the UK in 2012 and is owned by Sky PLC. They offer Movies, Entertainment and Sport packages through a subscription service nationwide. Their brand is full of fun, extra easy, super smart and all action!

 

the brief:

NOW TV asked us to create a new eLearning module to cover their ‘Tone of voice' subject matter. This module had to cover a wide variety of user groups, from internal NOW TV staff to external outsourced companys. The module itself needed to reflect NOW TV’s fun and vibrant brand and to generate and maintain user engagement.

 

the solution:

We created a SCORM tracked Storyline module, which could easily be uploaded and incorporated into their existing LMS system. The ‘TOV’ module comprises of a variety of engaging interactive exercises which put the user in control of their own learning.

It was important that this module would truly reflect NOW TVs brand and be easily accessible as this may be for some users, their first glimpse into the company. The module features all maintain the NOW TV sense of fun and blend with their existing brand guidelines. We created bold ‘shape’ characters which feature throughout the module, which can then be transferred across future NOW TV eLearning material.
